Do I have to have an iPod?

No, Podcasts work on almost all MP4 players, but by using iTunes and an iPod you have the easiest possible access to our Exo Terra Podcasts. If all you want to do is to watch from your laptop or desktop you don't even need an iPod or other portable MP4 player for our Podcasts. Just click on the desired Podcast and watch it via iTunes, Quicktime or Windows Media Player. It's that easy.

Why We Recommend iTunes & iPod?

iTunes, with built-in podcast support makes subscribing to Exo Terra podcasts very easy. If you have iTunes 4.9 or higher, just click here. It will launch iTunes and take you directly to the Exo Terra subscription page. Once you subscribe to the Exo Terra podcast, iTunes automatically checks for updates and downloads new episodes to your computer. When you sync your iPod or other MP4 player, all your Exo Terra podcasts come along for the ride.

How to get Podcasts onto your non-iPod MP4 Player?

Open Explorer and navigate to the file as shown below. The folder named "Exo Terra Expedition" will be the name of one of the Podcasts you have subscribed to. Your file structure may be slightly different than the example shown at right. Once there, copy the MP4 Podcasts to the directory that contains your video files and transfer them to your portable MP4 player as you would transfer any movie.
